About Team Impact
Walter Jordan is the founder and executive director of Team Impact, an elite youth basketball organization based in Northwest Georgia. Team Impact has been in operation for 16 years and focuses on teaching boys and girls, ages 10-17, basketball fundamentals, as well as life and leadership skills.
Team impact plays in various tournaments in metro Atlanta and throughout the South East. The primary goal of Team Impact is to assist student-athletes in obtaining scholarships (athletic and academic) to various colleges and universities.
One of the things that we are most proud of is that Team Impact has had more than 100 students obtain athletic scholarships at various universities.

Additionally, even more of our student athletes have obtained academic scholarships at some of the most prestigious universities in the country.
Today, many of our former players are pilots, attorneys, teachers, coaches, business owners, Realtors, professional athletes, etc.

We are always excited when our former players come back to coach, or speak to our current players. They have truly learned the value of giving back and each one, teach one.

“If I have never told you, I appreciate you for impacting my life the way you did. Your wise words got me through life; sometimes you used basketball to show me how to be a man. You taught me toughness and responsibility, manners and all. Yes I was young and a lot flew over my head at the time, but please know I heard everything you said in those gyms hotels and even my brothers’ homes from time to time. I can’t tell you how many situations I’ve been in and the relevance of your words make so much since it was scary.I love you man and thank you for more than basketball; coach, thanks for your wisdom.”

Thank you for always believing in me and accepting me even when I did not feel worthy. You show Gods love to all you meet and that motivates and encourages me to do those same. Thank you for being you and I hope you have enjoyed your special day. Hope to meet up soon. Much love!”
